Illapax Educación Financiera S.A.C. (hereinafter, «Illapax») respects the privacy of users and complies with Law No. 29733, the Peruvian Personal Data Protection Law, its regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS and the directives issued by the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP) in force in 2026.
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Illapax Educación Financiera S.A.C., Tax ID 20612348905, with address at Av. Javier Prado Este 476, Office 902, San Isidro, Lima 15046, Peru.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through our official registration form: first and last name, and email address. Additionally, when you browse our site, we may collect anonymous technical data (truncated IP address, device type and pages visited) for analytical purposes.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data will be used exclusively to: (i) send you the institutional financial education guide, (ii) inform you about territorial sessions, educational content and program updates, and (iii) respond to inquiries related to the educational service.
4. Legal basis
The processing of your data is based on the free, prior, express, unequivocal and informed consent that you grant when accepting this policy and submitting the registration form.
5. Retention period
Your data will be kept for a maximum period of five (5) years from the last active interaction. After that period, it will be securely deleted, unless there is a legal obligation to keep it.
6. Data transfers
Illapax does not transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Transfers may be made to technology providers offering email and web hosting services, all of them under processing agreements and security guarantees in accordance with current Peruvian regulations.
7. Rights of access, rectification and others
You may exercise your rights of information, access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, objective processing and revocation of consent by sending a request to datos@illapax.com or in person at our institutional address. Illapax will respond within the legal timeframe set by Peruvian regulations.
8. Information security
Illapax adopts reasonable technical, organizational and legal measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure, in line with ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
9. Supervisory authority
If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you may contact the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP) of the Peruvian Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
10. Amendments
Illapax may update this policy. Any substantial change will be notified on the site and, where appropriate, through direct communication to registered emails.
